Unique loading dock/stair/ditch combo. Manual pads. A fun spot, but skate it nights or weekends - the landlady will kick you out otherwise. Not uncommon for other riders to hear you skate and come out of the apartments and skate/drink beer with you in the true Aloha spirit of Campus Square. Also really cheap apartments, a great place to live.
